Absolutely appalling customer service. I am very understanding of the times that we are in and that orders may take slightly longer than other years however what I cannot stand for is terrible customer service. I have tried to contact the company via email multiple times with no response, through their whatsapp number in which I was told my kit would "be delivered by the weekend" which again was a lie. After I asked for an update 4 times the hollowing week to no reply I then ring up and find out that my order has not even been completed yet and this is now way over any time frame provided by the company. Using the excuse that "the club crest is already on the tshirt" I do not find as a valid excuse for me to want to cancel my order with the company as this would not be a return but a cancellation due to the fact that the company has terrible service to its customers. I shall be returning my goods if they are ever delivered as I would rather lose out on money than have used this companies teamwear.

50 days since order, impossible to contact. Non existent customer service. Dishonest representation on Website. How do they get away with this? Their website has no information on delays / complaint process. I have requested a refund through my credit card issuing Bank (Consumer Act section 75). I hope I get my money back.

To follow on from my 1* review 6 days ago. I have STILL heard nothing form All Rounder (3 weeks it has now been since I ordered), i have messaged the Whatsapp number they provide and called numerous times with no response. I also called the landline number 3x and wiating up to an hour all 3 times.
WHAT MAKES IT WORSE, it that i says when they are online on WhatsApp so i know they are ignoring me.

Hi / Dear Madam or Sir, we battled to find a / the PUMA cricket bat in South Africa for my son and which he wanted (similar one but ~triple the price) and after a bad experience with another good bat make we came across the allroundercricket website. We phoned and you had the right bat in-stock and confirmed availability in a matter of 5 minutes we ordered and paid on a Friday - on Monday it was sent via DHL couriers to Johannesburg / South Africa the Bat arrived on Wednesday (for 1/3 of the price including delivery / Black Friday special) and my son was able to play with it already in his Saturday game after training with it the day before - we did buy it a size bigger (6) and he is still playing with it this year. Due to COVID-19 we unfortunately had no games to play since March - but he started his training again in June and going strong and the bat is still in "perfect condition" and showing some cherries of many 4's and some 6's he hit with it so far. Awesome customer service and delivery was amazing as it was DHL Door to Door - from England to SA and excluding Sat/Sunday it basically took only 4 days.

Great quality kit in the teamwear shop, really love the embroidery!

They need to improve their customer service !! I was supposed to receive my order next day, not receiving after 3 days contacted them using their online chat and I was told the order is ready and will be dispatched on that day, didn’t received any email about the order dispatch or tracking number so contacted them again and someone called me in the morning to let me know some of my ordered items are out of stock and offered me alternative items, accepted the alternative. Obviously wasn’t happy as it was already delayed too much and then came to know some of the products are out of stock.
They also said they’ll refund me back some money, don’t remember how much but never received that as well.

I had ordered a custom helmet and the time and effort that was placed in making sure the design came out perfectly was amazing, would definitely recommend using allroundercricket for any goods.

Always the first place i go for new cricket accessories ect. Good and honest responses very good delivery, short drive away from me too

Great cricket shop with a good selection of gear and friendly staff.

Great service and advice. Club wear also bought top value excellent detailing on the personalised embroidery fast turnaround and dispatch. The only supplier I use.
